Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed the 40-hour RBT Test Content Outline (3rd ed) as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA, and have a minimum of 2 years of documented experience working with the Autistic population and/or individuals with mental health.
